On Friday night we only drove as far as Lake Cachuma. Since we arrived after dark, we had no idea where our campsite was in relation to the lake. Imagine our surprise when we walked out and saw this view:
Nice! We took a good long look and then continued our journey up the 101.
We spent our time at Lake Nacimiento on the beach. Daytime temps were in the high 80s or low 90s, but nights cooled off considerably.
